What can I expect during Sports Therapy Sessions?

Each session is tailored to your unique body and goals. Your therapist will assess movement habits, posture, and areas of tension or imbalance. The work may include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, and joint-focused techniques.

Sessions target specific muscles or problem areas such as shoulders, hips, or knees to relieve discomfort and improve function. Your therapist also supports nervous system regulation to help your body recover more effectively.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic stiffness, or looking to enhance your performance, these sessions help you move better, feel more balanced, and prevent future strain.

A gentle, hands-on therapy that works with your nervous system and the body’s natural rhythm to ease deep tension, calm the mind, and support whole-body healing.

Sometimes you need a quiet, gentle space where your body can be truly heard and supported. Craniosacral Therapy Bodywork offers just that, a hands-on approach that works with your nervous system and your body’s natural rhythm to ease deep tension, calm your mind, and encourage whole-body healing.

When life feels overwhelming, your nervous system can hold tension that shows up as headaches, pain, fatigue, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Craniosacral Therapy gently helps release those restrictions by tuning into the craniosacral rhythm, the subtle flow of cerebrospinal fluid around your brain and spine that influences your entire system.

Using light touch and deep presence, this therapy supports your body in restoring balance and flow. It’s gentle enough for anyone and especially helpful for those coping with chronic tension, trauma, migraines, or stress-related symptoms.

Craniosacral work doesn’t chase symptoms, it listens to the whole system.

This therapy views the body as an integrated network, where physical and emotional experiences are held in the tissues. By creating space and stillness, it allows your system to gently reorganize from within.

It’s a great fit for those who have tried traditional therapies but still feel stuck or disconnected. It’s also ideal for those in recovery from trauma, dealing with nervous system dysregulation, or simply seeking a deeper connection to their body and breath.

Targeted treatment that works with your body, not just on it, to resolve pain, tension, and movement restrictions.

Sometimes your body needs more than a relaxing massage. It needs focused, skilled hands that find the root of the problem and support your body’s natural healing. That’s the heart of manual therapy massage/bodywork.

This hands-on approach combines clinical expertise with intuitive care to address pain, dysfunction, and stubborn tightness. Whether you’re recovering from injury, preparing for surgery, or trying to break free from chronic tension, manual therapy offers a path forward, working with your body to create lasting change.

It’s massage with a mission: helping you feel better, move easier, and get back to the things you love.

Each session begins with a brief conversation to understand your experience and goals. Your therapist then customizes the session to focus on the areas your body needs most, whether that’s your low back, shoulders, hips, neck, or jaw.

The work is precise and intentional, often including deep tissue release, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, stretching, and neuromuscular therapy. Rather than full-body relaxation, the goal is to resolve the tension and patterns that limit movement or cause pain.

Many clients leave feeling lighter, looser, and more connected in their bodies, even if the session isn’t “traditional” relaxation. The lasting results are what matter most.

This gentle yet powerful therapy focuses on the organs and their connective tissues. By improving mobility and balance inside your core, visceral work can relieve chronic tension, pain patterns, and emotional holding. It supports digestion, posture, and your body’s internal harmony, offering a unique way to access deep healing.

A specialized approach that blends neural and manual joint techniques to release restrictions and calm the nervous system. This therapy is highly effective for improving joint mobility, reducing pain, and restoring healthy function—especially after injury or when chronic stiffness limits your movement.

Using subtle, gentle techniques to support the brain and central nervous system, this work helps release stored tension, improve mental clarity, and enhance overall well-being. It taps into your body’s natural healing intelligence to restore balance and calm, making it a powerful complement to more hands-on approaches.

These therapies are integrated into your personalized manual therapy sessions as needed, enhancing your body’s ability to heal, move freely, and feel balanced.

Unlike general massage, manual therapy targets specific areas of dysfunction to restore balance and movement. It supports rehabilitation after injury or surgery and helps prevent minor issues from becoming chronic problems.

This work is ideal for anyone feeling stuck in their healing or seeking more than temporary relief. If you’ve ever wished someone could just get into that one spot and fix it, manual therapy is that work.

It’s about real, lasting change, helping your body reduce inflammation, shift harmful patterns, and return to healthy alignment over time.

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it just takes the right touch in the right place. Manual therapy services at Lifetime Massage and Bodywork are here to help you recover, reconnect, and feel stronger in your body.

A powerful, science-backed practice that uses intentional breathing to regulate your nervous system, release stored trauma, and reconnect you with your inner calm and awareness.

Sometimes your body and mind need more than just relaxation. They need a way to reset, heal, and come back into balance. That’s exactly what Breathwork offers.

Breathwork is much more than deep breathing. It’s a healing modality that bridges body, mind, and emotions through guided breath techniques. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, emotional release, or nervous system support, breathwork helps you access lasting healing through the simple yet profound power of your breath.

Each session is tailored to your needs and comfort level. Your guide will support you in using breathing techniques that calm your nervous system or, when appropriate, activate deep emotional release. You may experience sensations like tingling, warmth, or spontaneous movements as your body processes stored tension or trauma.

The work may include somatic release, activated breathing, and techniques drawn from the holotropic lineage, honoring the roots of breathwork as a transformational, consciousness-expanding process. Sessions create a safe space for emotional and physical release without needing to talk through every detail. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and balanced, with a clearer mind and a calmer body.

Breathwork works directly with your nervous system, all 11 of your body systems, influencing how your body responds to stress and trauma. Unlike therapies focused mainly on talk or physical manipulation, breathwork activates brainwave changes and shifts oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, helping your body reset on a deep level.

It’s especially effective for those who feel stuck in anxiety, emotional blocks, or disconnection from their bodies. Breathwork offers a trauma-informed, gentle yet transformative way to regulate emotions, release tension, and strengthen your mind-body connection.

Breathwork is a great tool to help with anxiety, emotional release and trauma recovery.  It helps your nervous system regulate, improves your heart rate and cardiovascular health.  It also increases your self-awareness and body connection.  Breathwork will give you relief from chronic tension and regulate your nervous system as well.

Absolutely not.  This practice supports more than temporary relief, it helps you build lasting calm, clarity, and freedom in your body and mind.

It’s a reset for your nervous system, a tool for emotional clarity, and a direct line back to your body’s natural intelligence. Whether you’re seeking relief, insight, or deeper integration, breathwork offers a grounded, science-informed path forward, using nothing more than the power of your own breath.

A focused approach to realigning posture by working deeply with fascia to reduce chronic tension, improve movement, and bring the body back into balance.

Sometimes your body needs more than pain relief. It needs realignment from the inside out. That’s exactly what Structural Integration Massage/Bodywork offers.

Also known as “Rolfing,” this technique goes beyond surface-level tension to address your body’s underlying structure. It works with fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs. The goal is to realign your posture, restore natural movement, and create lasting changes in how your body feels and functions.

This is not your typical massage. It’s intentional, transformative bodywork designed to improve how you move through the world.

Every session is customized to your body and goals. Your therapist begins with a postural and movement assessment to identify imbalances and patterns of restriction. From there, the work targets specific layers of fascia that may be causing discomfort, poor alignment, or chronic tension.

Techniques often include deep, slow myofascial release to ease tight connective tissue, trigger point therapy to address localized muscle knots, and deep tissue work to release stubborn tension deep in muscles and fascia.

You may also experience postural rebalancing, a hands-on method to guide your body back into healthier alignment, and movement reeducation, which helps you develop awareness and new patterns for easier, more efficient motion.

Some sessions might focus on your hips or shoulders, others on your feet, spine, or neck. Over time, you’ll likely notice more than just less pain, you’ll feel improved posture, smoother movement, and greater connection to how your body holds itself.

Structural Integration.  It doesn’t just focus on where it hurts. It looks at how your whole body is organized and supported. This approach views the body as an interconnected system, working to reorganize tension patterns that build up over time from injury, stress, or daily habits.

It’s ideal for anyone who feels stuck despite trying many treatments or wants to prevent recurring discomfort and misalignment. Athletes, dancers, yogis, and anyone who wants to optimize how they move and feel can benefit greatly.

Structural integration.  It will help with tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction and limited range of motion.

Structural integration.  This helps chronic pain and postural imbalances.  It eradicates feelings of “stuckness” or disconnection from your body.  It offers long-term improvements in how you move, stand and feel.

Structural Integration is bodywork that supports lasting change. Not just relief, but realignment, awareness, and freedom.
