About Us

Rooted in Experience. Driven by Connection. Focused on You.

At Lifetime Massage & Bodywork, we’re not your average massage studio. We’re a therapeutic team offering specialized bodywork to help you feel better, move easier, and reconnect with your body in powerful ways. We believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and our approach reflects that.

With over 27 years of experience, Sara delivers care that goes beyond relaxation. From chronic pain and injury recovery to stress, trauma, and nervous system regulation, our focus is always the same: real support for real people.

Our Philosophy

We combine advanced skills with a grounded, heart-centered approach. We listen. We adapt. We create a space where you can truly settle in, be heard, and receive care that meets you right where you are.

This isn’t a spa. It’s not about routines or fluff. It’s about manual therapy, structural integration bodywork, craniosacral therapy, breathwork, and visceral manipulation that is highly specialized, intuitive, and focused on actual results.

You’ll never be treated like a number here. You’ll be treated like a whole person.

Meet Sara

Over 27 Years of Clinical Experience in the Healing Arts

I came to America with big dreams and a deep desire to help people, and I’m so grateful to say I’ve been living that dream for over 27 years. As the owner of Lifetime Massage and Bodywork, I’ve built a practice rooted in care, trust, and results. Helping people heal, move better, and reconnect with their bodies has been my lifelong passion.

I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1997 and became certified in Structural Integration through the Lyons Institute in 2001. But that was just the beginning. I’ve never stopped learning and growing in this work. Over the years, I’ve continued my education through the Barral Institute, Upledger Institute, and Chikly Health Institute, schools internationally recognized for their powerful approaches to healing through visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, neural and articular techniques, somatic integration, brain therapy, and more.

My work is deeply therapeutic and always custom to each client. I take the time to listen, not just to what you say, but to what your body is communicating. I follow what I feel under my hands, combining knowledge with intuition, science with presence. Some of my clients come to me after an injury, some are dealing with ongoing pain, and others are simply looking to feel more balanced and at ease in their bodies. However you arrive, I meet you there.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, athletes, professionals, parents, caretakers, and anyone looking to feel better, move better, and live with more ease. Many of my clients have come through referrals from other health professionals like chiropractors and physical therapists, but the heart of my practice has always been word-of-mouth and the trust I’ve built with my clients.

As I look to the future, I feel called to grow. My vision is to expand Lifetime Massage and Bodywork by mentoring and training other therapists who share my passion for therapeutic, intuitive, and results-driven work. I want to create a space where healing, learning, and connection all come together, a place where both clients and therapists can thrive.

The work I do is always evolving, but the heart of it stays the same: I care deeply. I am here to help. I believe in the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support.

If you’re ready to feel better and live with more freedom in your body, I would love to work with you!

Meet Tabby

The Heart-Centered Healer with a Powerful Perspective

For years, I pushed through stress, pain, and emotional patterns, ignoring the messages my body was trying to send. Like many people, I was disconnected from what I felt. I hadn’t made space for bodywork, breath, or self-awareness. But once I began listening and learning, everything shifted.

Healing my own body became a turning point and a calling. I left behind the familiar and stepped into the transformative world of yoga, breathwork, and intuitive bodywork. These practices helped me understand not only my body but also the intricate connection between mind, movement, breath, and stored emotion. Now, they form the foundation of how I help others heal.

TABBY

Science shows that our sensory systems begin developing even before our brains. We are biologically wired to feel, sense, and respond to our environment. Our five categories of sensory receptors are constantly gathering information through touch, pressure, stretch, movement, and vibration. In today’s fast-paced world, we often tune them out. That disconnection can lead to tension, dysregulation, and chronic discomfort.

Through intuitive bodywork, breathwork, movement, and yoga, I help people reconnect with those internal signals. We slow down and listen. We release what’s stuck. My sessions are interactive and collaborative. I guide you through what I’m doing, explain which muscles do what, and invite you to feel and observe your own patterns. It becomes a moving meditation with a deeper purpose.

This work is not just about relaxation. It’s about uncovering what has been held inside, tension, trauma, emotion, and giving it space to move and resolve. I want you to understand your body, trust it, and experience the wisdom it holds. My approach blends science with intuition to create a grounded, supportive, and powerful path to healing.

I’m currently mentored by Sara, who has served this community for over 27 years with deep care and integrity. Her approach to therapeutic and rehabilitative bodywork is rooted in listening, precision, and a deep respect for the body’s natural healing process. I’m grateful to learn from her example while bringing my own perspective, creativity, and energy to this work.

My mission is simple: to help you feel better in your body and reconnect with your own healing power. I create a space free of judgment where we explore, breathe, and shift together, unlocking what has been stored so you can move forward with more ease, clarity, and vitality.

Healing is not a destination. It’s an ongoing process. And I’m honored to walk beside you on the path.
